Default 600F3 weird MPG or normal?

I know I shouldn't really be bickering over my MPG when I have a motorcycle.

When I baby it, I use to be able to get 45-50mpg which was when I first got it. The carbs have been completely cleaned in and out. Each jet, the floats were good, no carbon build up. Spark plugs changed 5000 miles ago, so they should still be good. Now I do ride it everyday, between city and highway. 50/50.
EDIT: I bought the Iridium Spark Plugs from NGK, Should i have got the normal ones Standard: CR9EH-9 Iridium: CR9EHIX-9
Now I only get 35-38 on average. Worst I've got before was 31

Chain is good condition, and has proper tension
tires are at proper pressure
Running 91 of course.
I changed the oil ~2100 miles ago with Shell T6 5W40
City RPM range 3k-5k. Highway was 75-80 between 6-7k
And I'm not doing any WOT's in this picture below. This is the whole month of September. (ignore services in the prices)

The only thing I can think of maybe it's the winter blend fuel in Cali already being pushed out.

I could be totally overreacting, but as my first motorcycle, I'm just curious what else. The only thing maybe the valves need to be adjusted since I don't know what was done before prior to me owning it

I don't have a solution for you, but I also own a 98 F3 as my first bike and in 6000km (3750 miles) I've averaged a steady 4.5 L/100km (52 mpg). I really think that your numbers are anormally low....

Ya, I don't know what's going on.

Also just experienced another issue. Riding home I was in 6th gear on the highway, I went WOT and it like I guess was spuddering/bouncing at 9k, would get there, back off and go to it again when I was still WOT.

When I was at a light, I did a WOT from 1st to 2nd... 1st gear I got between 9-10k and it did the same thing. Only in gear. I put it in neutral and it was bouncing off the rev limiter and holding steady at 9k and 10k. No smoke

i used to get around 40mpg with my bike running rich and doing 40 faster than your motorway speeds for about 8 miles to work and then another 8 back so there is something wrong if i did around 20 more than you then we are talking 130 to a tank maybe running rich, get a base run on a dyno and see what the bike is running like might need leaning out might just be that iridium plugs dont last as long as they say, i change mine every 4-5 race weekends so maybe every 500 miles maximum obviously yours isnt to my spec but i tend to change every 4 thousand miles on my road bike

When you look through your filler cap, do you see rust in your tank?
