Hey this is only my second bike and first one with over 10k miles on it. its a '95 F3 and i have just recently reached 25k miles what kind of things should be done/checked whatever on it.
And about how long should it last, miles wise. 25k seems like alot kinda freakin me out.
Thanks,
Brian

25k miles is not a lot. I had my F3 for 78k miles.
I strongly suggest you buy/download the service manual for your bike.
At 12k/24k miles you should've:
- changed oil and filter
- replaced air filter
- serviced forks
- serviced rear shock
- replace brake fluid
At 16k miles you should've:
- changed oil and filter
- replace coolant
- check/adjust valve clearances
- sync throttle bodies
At 20k miles you should've:
- changed oil and filter
That's off the top of my head. I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff. Get a service manual.

"Abadfish" is right on the money. 25K is nothing. If you perform the regular maintenance, it will outlast you probably. Attached is a screen shot of the F3 Maintenance Schedule. The Coolant is scheduled for 24K or 2 years, which ever comes first. I suspect it's never been changed in your bike, so now would be a good time.

FWIW, I replace my coolant every 8k miles.

I'm not a suspension expert but if everything is in working order and you only need to change your fork oil, then you should only need new fork seals.
You may want to consider sending your forks and rear shock to a suspension shop to get serviced. Each of these requires special tools, that you likely won't have. The rear shock particularly needs specialized tools that wouldn't be worth the expense of buying yourself.
