Problem is not fixed. I installed the r/r and about 1 mile down the roade it stalls out. Then it wont start then battery dies in minutes. After work im gonna get the battery tested. Im hoping its a bad battery.

Problem Fixed!
Finally had time this weekend to do all the work on my bike. Was able to ride distances excess of 200km without any breakdowns.
To eliminate electrical issues out of the equation:
- Diagnosing a recent coolant leak allowed me to discover a blown radiator fan 10A fuse. I also discovered an oxidized/burnt stator connector in the connector box. Either the connector shorted the fan fuse, or the coolant leak oxidized the connector.
- Replaced stator and cover (Ricks' Performance Electrics brand)
- Installed new Shindengen MOSFET (FH021A model) Regulator/Rectifier (R/R), wired directly to battery with 10ga fused wires to eliminate wiring harness need and reduce heat
- Wired stator directly to R/R to eliminate connection point and reduce heat
For icing on the cake, I also:
- Installed integrated LED tail lights (running, brake, turn, and license plate light)
- Replaced rear incandescent turn lights with additional plate-mounted LED turn lights
- Replaced front incandescent turn lights with LED flush mounts
Miscellaneous
- Changed oil (MOTUL racing oil)
- Changed coolant (MOTUL) and added coolant additive (MOTUL)
- Changed air filter (K&N)
- Advanced ignition by +2 degrees
Upcoming Work
- Will replace fuel pump contact switch to eliminate any potential issues on that end as well.
Thanks for your support, fellow seabarfers.
