Default 1996 CBR1000f wont start

My bike will not start, when I try to start it sounds like the battery is dying and then a clicking noise form the starter relay. I replaced the starter relay and battery

Sounds like one of two things--a bad ground or there is a drain somewhere on the electrical system. Although it may seem odd, I would also suggest returning the battery and exchange with another new one....you can get a bad battery even when purchasing new. If it still doesn't work, time to get out the tester and check for voltage at the starter and then work your way back up the system.
I know this may not be much help, but it's a place to start.

Mine did the same with a new battery, thought it was because I got a cheap Chinese-made one but local shop suggested I give it a real hard charge for 20 minutes with a car battery charger. Worked fine after that.

Sounds like good help to me! Sounds like a bad ground connection to me too. If not, get the new battery checked by the store so you can rule it out as a problem. Then get hold of a volt meter and check that proper voltage is getting to the motor. Check the motor itself by disconnecting it and hooking another battery, that you know is good, directly to the starter motor. Make sure your bike's NOT IN GEAR first because the safety cut out won't work and if you crank it over it could jump off the stand and cause many tears!

If the battery checks out and the motor cranks when hooked up directly, it has to be a corroded connector somewhere. Good luck.
