ok got the light ordered got the wires hide now im painting the back 2 side panels. my problem now is how do i get the front fender off with out taken the tire off? need to trim and paint it.

 

I've managed to do it a time or 2, install and remove. It's tricky and kinda requres squeezing it togeter a bit if I remember correctly. If you're painting it, make sure you're using a good etch primer that's designed for flexible surfaces.
