I have ordered a new speedo/tach for my bike and in order to install it im going to have to cut and splice the wires. the problem is i dont know which wire goes to what because there were no gauges on when puchased. anyone know where i can find a layout print/diagram or something of the like??? i have searched a few websites and can only seem to find replacement bulb diagrams but nothing telling me the service of the particular wire.

Or is there a harness adapter available that i can get

any help is appreciated.

I picked up the Haynes service manual for my F3 but it covers F2s and F3s 91-98. Too hard to try and describe and I don't have a scanner else I'd upload it.

So you can try to find somewhere to dl the Haynes manual. Or do like I did and order it from Amazon.com
