Not stock, and there's a bolt stuck between pipe #2 and #3.

If you look on the wall above the naked F2 you'll see the stock header (kind of hard to see but you get the idea)

Ill bet you money previous owner put that in there so they could line up the bolt holes better, or it might have just fell like that.
