what kind of coolent??? HELP QUICK

Im doing a coolent change tommorow... what do I have too do and what kind of coolent do i use?? is it the green coolent that goes intoo cars?? same stuff??

Can anyone help me with a step by step process?

It's 4 ounces of water wetter per gallon of distilled water

Been using Engine Ice coolant, works great and reduces operating temp.

I use the factory Honda stuff from the blue bottle. Don't have to worry about mixing anything. Just open and pour!
