Heres my deal, a friend of mine has an titanium exhaust for a 95 900rr and its super cheap.. i wanted to know if there is any fiche program that gives sizes and distances for things like that? my biggest concern is the header and fitting to my motor. any ideas or has anyone done anything like this?

 

it took the longest just to get an easily accecable FREE parts Fiche for bikes, the chances of something like that being readily available.... about a gazillion to one. i would venture to guess that the fitment of an exhaust header onto a 600 from a 900 would not match up soley because they will probably have a different exhause port size. however, the easiest way to find out, pull off your old header and take measurements.... not hard.

 

Great idea to bad i wasn smart enough to think of it. Ill take a measurment when i get home.
