So i was riding around and the bike just died and would not even turn over. checked the fuses and the ign fuse was blown. changed the fuse three times and still nothing. after fiddling with the wires in front of the battery, i reinstalled a fuse and it started up. as i was down there i saw this thing that looks similar to a plug. its got a rubber boot around it and a metal tip. what is it and where does it go?

I'm still having problems. I rode all day yesterday then started it up today and got not even half a mile before it died again. Blew 10 fuses just now trying to figure out wtf the problem is. Any ideas?
