Talking Users Guide for 94 600f2

Owner of '94 600 f2
I am looking for the book that comes with the motorcycle when you purchase it.
I have a repair manual for the bike but need to know about chain tensioning, tyre pressure, etc.

I would appreciate if anybody has a electronic copy of the book and could make it available to me.

Mike I'm confused, if you have the repair manual for the bike, then you have the information you're asking for... do you maybe just have the Honda common service manual? If you have the mostly blue book, that says "Honda Service Manual - 91-94 CBR600F2", then that's what you need, though there is also a Haynes and Clymer Manual for it - I have both of those as well, and the Haynes is what I like and use the most.

Now, if you have the PDF version of the blue Honda manual, then that might explain why you're missing the first section, which is the "General Information" part - the first section is missing, because they expect you to buy the manual, rather than download it for free.

Anyway, what's the title of the manual you have?

Hi JNS Racing
I have a pdf version of the repair manual that is in black and white hence can not tell colour of front page, their is no name other than Honda on it.
That explains why the manual jumps from the index to section 2.

while Honda allows the free distribution of the shop manual, the version that is commonly found online is missing section one. I've scoured the interwebs looking for one with secton 1, and have given up.

The honda common manual (basically the generic honda user manual) is pretty much useless.

If you download the Honda manual for the F3 - it does have Section 1, and since the F2 and F3 are almost twins - a lot of the general information is applicable.

you can get a lot of the Honda manuals from Stephy G's CBR F4i Page

Hi adrenalnjunky
Thank you for the link. I downloaded it and now have access to the bikes basic info. I can now do some basic maintenance such as adjusting the chain etc.

Really appreciate it

Hi zachsdad
I went to the link Stephy G's CBR F4i Page that adrenalnjunky gave me and down loaded the 600F3 manual, it had all the data i needed. As a matter of interest the 600f2 manual was corrupted on that site. I got my 600F2copy from another site. In South Africa it would cost a lot more.
