Does anyone know what these tubes are doing????

Those are your fluid overflow lines. One should be for gas, and the other for your coolant, I believe.

yeah they are supposed to be there. one is a fuel overflow and one is a pressure release for the fuel so the tank doesnt vapor lock.

There's suppose to be three. One coolant, one vapor for the tank, and one overflow for the tank.

I think the coolant overflow is in a different location.
