I bought the venom triple tree stand and the biggest plug/insert was 18 mm I think it is too small , what is the correct size insert for a 1994 CBR600 F2

 

F2 uses the pitbull standard pin (19mm OD) with the #1 adapter (22.25mm OD).
So I'd say anything around 22-23mm would probably work.

 

Last night I kept thinking this isn't rocket science and had an Idea. I tried some deep sockets into the triple tree opening and found a 11/16" socket fit just right and that the #17 headpin fit snugly into the socket and bada bing it worked and gave me a little over 1/8 of an inch clearance on the bottom cowl of the headlight. Now I have to start getting it winter ready, which means taking off the fairing to change the filter and oil, replace the 20 year old antifreeze and brake fluid, and putting on that new front tire that keeps giving me that nasty look everytime I walk into the garage. 61000KM + and it runs perfect
