Are you sure it's the tree? Front bearings maybe? There are two 14mm bolts about 6-8" down from your guages on each side of the shocks...Tighten those...Also, 6mm allen bolts at the top too.

yeah i would say that your bearings are bad..if you get on the brakes hard can you feel it shift forward with like a thump sound? if so then its the bearings..
the big hex head between your bars in the center of the tree is for tightening it thought and replacing the bearings.
