Also check for play in the steering head bearings or for them being overtight.

sorry if it's too obvious, but did you check the air pressure in the rear tire and tire condition?

Three answers pretty much sum it up, although when I first read the title to this thread I was thinking Kaophectat or Pepto-bismal. lol

Is this a new condition or has it always felt loose? There are some decent threads around here about setting up your suspension ... getting the sag set right will help a lot as will making sure all pivot points are lubed.
