tail light bracket help
i bought a tail light bracket for honda f2 buti have a problem i dont know how to put it on so could anybody offer me some info on how to. plz.... im tryin to get rid of the ugly gap between the seat and the light.

okay i was told that i was missing the tail light bracket and thats whats causing the gap. True???

so i got on ebay and bought a tail light that had the bracket included. heres the parts i cant figure out how they go together please please somebody help me get this thing together.

the two bolts for the tail light go into the two rubber grommets on the metal bracket (last picture)

still looking for help i bought the tail light,tail light bracket and the joiner already put together off of ebay and still no luck. plz somebody help does anybody know how to put this thing on my bike it came for the exact year my bike.


What kind of work have you done to your tail section?
It looks to me like you've made the rear plastics into a 1-piece, could you have messed up the mounting of the tail?
The tail light bracket has rubber gromets that the tail piece plugs into on either side, if you've got the mount on wrong (too low) you're gonna create that gap.
I see a block of wood stuck in your subframe, what the heck is that for?
I think you need to take everything off the subframe and start from scratch... When you're putting it back together, verify everything with the service manual to be sure it's going where it belongs.
That's about all the help I can offer, I haven't had mine apart like that yet.

well this is how i bought it iwas jus trying to get that uglygap gone i have bought part after part with no luck.(bought a whole new fairingset).I thought sincethe bike had that airtech crea kit that was causing the gap. the wooden block was under the tail when i got the bike i guess to take away that gap but thatisnt working.it seems like it should be easy putting the tail jonier on but i dont see where it bolts into the subframe.
