tach trouble!!!
F2's use cable speedo's not tranny electronic ones....there is a cable(or should be) running from the right side(If your standing facing the bike) of the front tire, it mounts into a speedo gear that is attached to the front wheel, take a phillips screw driver and remove the cable from the gear, once you do twist the little gear with your thumb and pointer, see if the gauge moves...if it doesn't there is your problem.

the tach is electric and completely independent of the speedo, in fact on my track bike the only gauge I have is the tach
check the connections for the gauges, but if everything else is working fine then I doubt that's it, you can check for power coming from the sensor into the gauges with the bike running, my manual is out in the garage, I'll check it tomorrow to see what color wires to check
