switched battery polarity
The bike now almost catches fire when I crank it. It is a matter of adjusting mixture. Spark is there as I tested with a spark tester. Checked ignition, headlight, gauge cluster, horn fuses and they are all fine. Horn works and I hear turn signal relay working. Only headlight is not turning on so I will see it with a new bulb. Hope the fan switch relay is fine.
my fan was still fine. I thought it blew the bulb as well so I went ahead and replaced the bulb, but the light didnt work. If you find where the relay is, or the problem, let me know because having it on a switch kinda sucks
Cyrusyn, Light came on like 10 seconds after engine started.
Is yours G type? If so it has two relays on both sides of the front fairing stay.

There are no relays that have anything to do with the headlight. The headlight gets power through these items in this order:
- Ignition Switch
- Fuse Block
- Starter Switch
- Dimmer Switch (high/Low beam)
- Headlight
Playful God, the F2 have a fuel pump and if so is it running?
Have you checked to see if maybe you've got the idle set just a little too low ? If you have spark, then your ICM is most likely ok as is the Ignition Pulse Generator.
