Default Stumped

Hello to all!

Just got a cbr600f2 and I'm having some problems, I've searched and searched on here and other resources to help find a solution but I'm ready to throw in the towel. When I first got the bike the owner told me that clutch was slipping here and there and that it needed replaced, so I replaced it with EBC fibers and got new springs but did not get the steels, so I replaced it and noticed that it would still slip but would only do so under wot at about 8500rpm, I was riding it to work and noticed at just cruising the clutch slipped so i immediatly backed off and whenI got back on the throttle it slipped again and would not grab at all. I pulled off to the side of the road put it in first and let the clutch out and nothing. So I got it back home and was under the impression that it did it cause the steels were not to factory specs so I ordered the barnet kit with fibers steels and springs, installed it along with an oil change and a new center nut, non synthetic oil and a k&n filter, started it up put it into gear let the clutch out and still nothing, I have taken the clutch in and out so many times and cannot figure it out.

I checked to make sure that all steels are the right way and went ahead and replaced the judder springs and faced them the correct way per search on this site, I took out the clutch outer to make sure it was alligned properly and there wasnt anything in its passage ways. and I cannot find anything.
When you press on the clutch lever there is no play and the clutch lever still pulls with the same amount of resistance as the dayI got it. I have also shifted the bike into every gear and still nothing, also you can shift through all the gears up and down without pressing on the clutch.
Any ideas?
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

YesI saw the post about the basket and I checked it and it doesn't have any knotches or wears on it, it's smooth.

Is the last clutch plate set in a different groove than all of the other clutch plates? Because it should be.
other than that, not so sure.

Its in the same grooves as the rest of the plates and fibers. What other groove would you be refering to, I know the last plate has a larger diameter.

This is what I'm talking about. ThirdGenLxi wrote up a howto on putting a shift kit in his F4i. I put a shift kit in my F2 and haven't gotten around to writing an F2 specific howto. Anyway, in this pic from ThirdGen's howto you can see that the last clutch plate sits in a different slot than the rest.

I drained the oil and took the cover off and my basket does not look like that one where there is the extra knotch for the last plate. There are only one set of knotches for all of the plates. Any more ideas?
