Street vs. race fairing
ok im getting all new fairings for my 92 and i was looking at the front (where the headlight is) and i came across two different styles
i wanted your opinions

vs.
race:

have you had any experience with these? is it worth it to get a new headlight? does it look signifigantly better with the front fender?
p.s. i am not considering this for race purposes, but solely on looks. im not taking it to the track nor do i have death wish enough to try it on the streets

RE: Street vs. race fairing
The race version does not have the material to mount a headlight at all. I have seen some guys put custom lights in with the race set, but they are day riders only. The street version is constructed to mount a proper (stock) headlight. These look like the same mold as air-wrecks kits, nice prices though, especially for the full kits!
