Either isn't a big deal. I just got an OE clutch lever off ebay for $6.00, and the switch brand new from ServiceHonda is 13 bucks. Have a good fix!

 

well I took the clutch lever off and it will start without the button on the switch pushed in. So what I guess is that when the clutch lever is fully out it pushed the button but when you squeeze the clutch lever in lets the button out?

 

Just replaced the clutch lever and everything works as it should, thanks everyone for the help.
