Hey yall, i did try to search this but did not get any satisfying results. both my speedo and tach guages bounce around when im moving, they have about 40mph range and 4000 rpm wiggle. the bike runs fine though... so is it an electrical problem? the speedo is mechanical i know, what would make that bounce? thanks

my tacho was going nuts for a while and now it doesn't move unless I'm revving it out, when it twitches a little (mught be vibration at that point) I buzzed the wiring seems fine and the bike runs fine so, I would be glad of any thoughts.

This is common. You're speedo cable could be dry or damaged. You can take the speedo cable loose and spray some lubricant like litium grease or they sell sprays at the bike shops for this.
