RE: some questions
just use regular gas hmm 89 oct. i believe
my repair book (clymers) says Spark plugs NGK CR9EH9 and/or NIPPONDENSO U27FER9
gapping of .8 - .9 mm or .03 - .04in
torque too 12n-m or 9 ft-pds
and shift the bitch when it screams lol
no just shift it when it feels right but dont shift it a like 10,000 rpm every time you shift but sometimes crank on it very fun....
hope this helps

RE: some questions
OK fuel debate.... right from Clymers Honda Repair book take it as you want too
"All CB600f2 engines are designed to use gasoline that has a pump octane number (R+M)/2 of 86 or higher or a gasoline with a research octane number of 91 or higher"
I use regular gas not mid grade or premium. and I drive the bike like I stole it and I got 53000kms on it and so far no problems with regular gas .. If you do not want to\ use regular go to premium cause mid grade is just a waste of money.. just my 2 cents
