Routine Maintenance
OK so this is going to sound bad, but here goes. I just want to have some maintenance done on my bike, and some of the things I am not sure how to do nor do I have the time. I am looking to have the carbs cleaned, fluids changed, and really just want to make sure everything is ok. I know I should be doing this stuff myself, but its probably not going to happen. So my question is what should I expect to pay for this type of stuff to be done?

OK, so I wasn't too far off, I figured 300. I may wait tillnext springto have it all done though. So how big of a job is it to strip the bike and pull the carbs off? Maybe this is something I can do over the winter or something. Also once you have them off, what is involved in cleaning them? do you have to take the carbs themselves apart?

RE: Routine Maintenance
you can do it in 2 days.. its super easy to get to the carbs, somtimes they are on pretty good and you have to pry the hell out of them to get them out...
here is a amazing write up on how to clean them..-- https://cbrforum.com/m_311016/tm.htm
