Ok getting a set of stands front and back....FINALLY !!!!!! for my 93 f2, are the spool's for the rear a big deal or not ?, looking at the "CHECKERD FLAG MOTOR SPORT"S stand's somebody here recomened, the black powder coated ones that are $100.00 for the stands front and rear, $25.00 shipping and if I want them $25.00 for the spool's I see on the newer bikes their is a spot on the swing arm already there for the spool to thread into, but not on the older ones, like our bikes [:@] sooooo is this a must or what, help me out guys THANKS !!!!!

A rubber edged swing arm stand will work well... and you won't need to find a way to hack spools onto your bike. Even on the F4 that's what I do. Spool are nice, but it's not worth the hastle putting them if the swingarm isn't pre-tapped.

For the front - if you can find a triple stand that works that'd be the best... means you can complete disasseble the front and not have to worry.

Hey guy go on ebay and get a set for half the price you won't regret itsearch engine type in delle sports and view their store or type in
item# 300012099792 and browse to see if you like the stands they provide

Sure it's less than half the price, but it's also half the amount of product. That $34.99 is for the rear stand only, plus $15 S/H.

So now you're looking at $49.99 for the rear stand alone.

Now yes, they do have a package deal for front and rear and the front has a tripple tre adapter with it but it's $119.99 plus $25 S/H. So now you're in for $144.99 which to me seems a little less than worth it for a "not-so-brand-name" item as compared to the other ones that were being looked at earlier.
