I have them and like them. I think they are a little more stable and easier to get the bike up. I dont know if it is really worth all the work I did but its all personal taste.

I have em on my F4. And will have em on the RR SA I will install next week.

They make lifting the bike on the stand so much easier and it wont slid like it can on the sw pads.

you can do it without drilling or welding. there is a how to that involves a threaded rod and your real axle. do a search for it here.

Here is my How-To: https://cbrforum.com/m_435016/tm.htm

I would never use a padded stand again unless I had to. This is easy, cheap, fast, and secure. Hope that helps!

Spools don't make it that much easier that I would waste much time on it. Just get the right stand. I recommend the Vortex rear stand.

i get the bike on my handy stand in like 3 seconds and it's plenty stable.

i say save the bling and hassle and spend it on something else.

nice, nice

I just throw a steel rod through the axle and lift it up onto jackstands. $1.89 FTW
