Ram air
I was wondering, I have been looking into trying to add ram air to my F2, I know the F3 ram air will not fit due to frame. Has anyone else looked into this? If so what ideas has anyone came up with?
More trouble than its worth for an F2... your jetting will go to ****.
That said, there used to be Airbox + kits from Factory and K+N. Havent seen one in many years, but if you can find one thats the best solution.

I just did an airbox mod on my 93 F2 and it added a little bit of pep to the bike and a great sound from the airbox.
Take your snorkels and cut out the 90 degree bend and epoxy them back onto the airbox so they stick out about 3/4 of an inch.

Also, I'm not sure about you but I had wicked vibrations rumbling through my bike, I fixed that by adding sticky sided foam strips to the rear of the airbox cover and to the 2 rails on the frame that the gas tank rests on... That stopped all vibration dead in its tracks!
Here are some pictures of the airbox

The only downside to this mod is that if you ride in the rain, some MIGHT get into the air box, I think there is a place for it to drain out though without getting sucked into the velocity stacks.
