Default Power to coil but no spark? Running on one cylinder!

I am having very weird issues over here. My bike will start and semi idle but I found today that I am ONLY running on cylinder #4. This is very weird, and doesn't make sense because you would think that it would run on at least 2 because each coil controls two cylinders. So I decided to test the coil that does #2 and #3 and it has power to the coil but when cranking it shows negative voltage and when I test a plug out of the bike, I get no spark. I have also switched wires on the coils to make sure I didn't have them backwards. What is going on? Carbs are cleaned, synched and all have gas to them. It almost seems to be some kind of timing issue? Is that a thing? I thought all that was controlled by the computer?

Secondary windings use other side as ground.

Measure resistance of each plug wire. Might need to remove from plug cap, chop off 1/4” and reinstall.

So black wire on multimeter to the coil connection and the red to the plug wire?

Forgot to mention that I tested 2 coils with the same result.

It’s not the coils. it’s the hi-ten spark-plug wires that needs to be fixed.

Remove spark plug wires from coils completely and measure their resistance end-to-end. Compare resistance you measured to values given in manual.
