Default Number of Chain Lengths

Hey. I am changing my sprockets and getting a stealth +2 in the rear, with a stock 15 up front. I am also getting a new chain. I need to know how many lengths I should use. Would I still be able to use a 108 link chain? Thanks.

http://www.gearingcommander.com/

I found this website, and put in our stock gearing (15/43) and compared it to what I bought (15,45) and it says that I would just need to move the rear wheel .3 inches toward the front of the bike. Does that sound reasonable?
