Noob part help/starter switch
Well this is my first bike. I picked it up for a great deal as part of the payment on my Audi. It is a 600cc F2 1993 and it has needed a little bit of work. When I got the bike the clutch cable was broken. I McGuire'd the cable with some small pieces of copper and some pliers. But, after I replaced the cable the first time I was riding the bike around and ran out of gas (my friend had switched it to reservoir with out telling me.) Next the battery died.
Ok, so today I got the right cable and replaced my jerry rigged one. Then my headlight wasn't working so I wanted to replace that while I had everything torn down. I traced it back to the starter switch. (which has been previously soddered) However, replacing the switch I managed to break the throttle handle. One of the small plastic ***** that holds the cable. So now I need a new handle. Are there any good online sources for parts? Also, I feel like I was not doing the install on the starter switch right. (Not the actual starter) Does anyone have any write ups on this. I don't have a manual and this is my first bike so I am just going off of my car knowledge. Thanks in advance for the help.

Well, the best place for the new throttle handle would be Honda themselves. I paid I think$23 for the handle. The best way to do it would be to remove the handlebar. THat way you wont have any tension on the throttle cables and you also can have the starter switch lower as well. Trust me that will be easy if you do it that way.
