The motor and the tranny share the same oil. As long as your oil level is good you are good to go!

The speed of the engine at a certain road speed (MPH) will be determined by what gear you're in. So, saying you run 5k RPM at 50MPH isn't enough information. What gear are you in?

yeah i am in 6th when running at that rpms at 55-60 sorry if i didnt metion that

Yeah I don'thave an owner's manual either, but I can't find that online free. Service manals are out there though.

one more question from this newb lol, well i ran out of gas yesterday, and luckly i was at the gas station when it happend lol. but when i was about half a block from the gas station is when i knew i was about out. now my question is on the switcher thing ( dont know the tech term) where you can switch to your reserve tank, now which way is that suppoed to be for your reserve and for just the tank? because i switched it thinking yeah i will have some in the reserve tank, but nope nothing so that would be good to know so incase it happens again somewhere further from the gas station, i will atleast have the reserve tank to fall back on
