Default New Bike Issues

I just bought a 1994 cbr600f2 all stock only 13,4XX miles clean. Motor never been touch as far as previous owner knows. It ran ok at first then it started to run rough like it was missing and when i put in clutch and it would drop to 1800 rpm idle it would die. And When i get up to speed it vibrates some.
I check compression good
Put in plugs

Could it be a loose hot wire to coils or a bad plug wire? or a carb not running right?

Did it sit for any length of time before you bought it? It could just be old gas or some waterin the fuel from tank condensation. I'd check the plugs as well while you're at it.What sort of vibration are you talking about? The high frequency "buzzing" is something the F2s do. You can put some foam around the bike a different places to quiet some it ((i.e. between the tank and the frame). The rest you'll just have to live with I'm afraid.

vibrations as in everytime i go over 5k it vibrates, in the handle bars and i feel it in my legs. But i checked plus wires this morning there good and checked coils. But it was no op for 2 years. he said he ran it every week. But it had no gas in it when i got it so put a tank of premium in it. could there still be something else? and is it safe to ride?

Once again, what kind of vibrations are we talking about? My F2 "buzzes" at highway speeds. You can feel it in the handbars and at higher RPMs in the footpegs as well.It doesn'taffect the way the bikefeelson the road though. It still feels rocksolid and very safe and stable.I've heard that heavier bar ends and different footpegs somewhat alleviate this problem, but the fact is that the internal parts of that engine are hurtling around in there at incredible speeds and Honda didn't do all they could of done to shield the rider from it. If it feels unsafe on the highway or you are in any doubt about them, I'd get it looked at ASAP.

I have removed my vibrations by adding rubber tape onto the frame where the tank is supported by the frame. That works.....
It was suggested in this forum some time ago.
I have later on changed the clutch and added stronger springs, which also removed vibrations and noise.

your running issue is uundoutedly dirt in your carbs. I strongly suggest an inline fuel filter if you havent put one in yet.while you're at it, clean the carbs out, it'll help significantly.

Vibrations are like what eweppley said. So im not worried about that, but the sound of the missing is worry some, i put some carb and injector cleaner in with my tank of gas today see if that helps if not ill, turn to cleaning carbs. But heres a picture of it
