Around what mpg do you all get? last tank i went to about 175 befor I had to turn it to reserve but today the bike started to bog down when I am only at 134 and I was sumwhat worried becaust i can hear gas in the tank and i know I should have plenty of mileage left but it bogged down untis I flipped it to reserve and then was running fine again.

 

Seems as your valve has a slight clog in the "main" tank selection.

i would draining gas. then taking off petcock.. and maybe with compressed air can. do a reverse blow. thru reserve and main.. blow back any clogs.. then reinstall and see how it runs. if its a clog that should fix it up. but thats impressive. so far i am getting 135ish. to where i require reserve. i would love another 40miles.. could be this cold alberta climate.. and as well god knows when this bike was timing was done. or carb sync was done. i bet its running rich. does yours smell like a lawn mower ? like mine?

 

Mine hits reserve at about 125 depending on how I've ridden it, occasionally less. Mine has a two bros pipe and a K&N filter. I don't know if its been jetted or not. But mine was geared down -1/+2 so that could make a difference.

 

I get close to 150ish to a tank...Much less if I'm joy riding..

gotten to180 with out reserve once, and then once only to 124. Riding style really really affects it

 

I get somewhere between 150-160 before it goes on reserve. Always try to fill it before then, though.

 

Well I just got home after I ran out of gas at 158 lol yeah i guess ut just verys on the way I ride.

 

Be interested to know how QUICKLY you have emptyed your tank!
you can use up a whole lotta fuel when you ride at WOT all day!
