Default is this a manual or auto cam tensioner?

ive got the nasty chain rattle and need to fix it. just wondering if all i had to do was adjust it some but i dont know if this already has a manual tensioner or not. ok so i cant get the picture to show up, you have to copy and paste the link which is completely too much work.

it has the screw or whatever in the top like a manual tensioner but its ran all the way in, i havent messed with it tho.

That's an automatic tensioner. Can't adjust those.

I'll post a pic of the manual tensioner when I get home. its a block of metal with a bolt and two nuts on it, that replaces that ugly stock tensioner.
