your bogging could be caused by many things.. spark, fuel, air. there are many possibilitys.. as for fairings ebay is a decent place to start, if you have lots of money to spare the dealer can get new fairings all read matched to factory paint jobs. I personaly go for used thru bike junk yards.. I just ordered a bunch of parts from this guy, DMsalesinc@aol.com ... the guy I talked to there said he had nearly every part for F2's in stock. and I will say that his prices are very fair. good luck

thankyou for that info. im taking it in to get tuned tommorrow. another thing. how long should a tank of gas go for. it dosent seem to me like it is running on a tank long enough. how much should money should fill it up as well. im in california and prices are 2.79 right now for premium. and from the reserve to fillup it cost 4.22. is this right? i just got the bike yesterday and its my first so i really dont know what to think. any help would be appreciated.

Dont sound right. You should be adding 3 to 4 gallons at a fill up if you're really empty.

the gas tank holds something like 4.5 gallons including the reserve.. I usually put about 4 gallons in each time.

Yea even my old F2 will take almost any car I have went after. I have left many things in the dust. If you take really gets empty then you'll need alittle over 4 gallons.
