I've bought a boat load of stuff last fall / this winter on ebay from the fair east and shipping didn't take long at all for most (for example, fairings came super fast) but the ads usually indicate it can take some time. If I remember correctly these came from malaysia and did take a little longer than I anticipated but shipping was free and it was the middle of Winter so I didn't really care. Remember too that I'm on an island in the North Atlantic so that was factored into my expectations and getting things here takes a lot longer than most places.
