HEADLIGHT Question.

Can either the Hi Beam or Low beam burn out and the other still work?

YES, and if that happens it is the BULB, if they both go out at once it is usually the FUSE

...and its just one bulb? Does it have 2 filaments in them??

how does the bulb look? is it brighter... bluer?

I got a blue bulb too, got it on ebay though...like ten bucks for a set of two, the call them xeon head lights. I really like them, they do seem brighter, the light is more white and less yellow...I would think they are a little more visible to four wheeled monsters.
