Yes,
Up- Reserve
Middle- Off
Down- On

One of the holes is for a over flow for your tank, aka if you fill your tank too high it will pee out that hole, it would prolly be a good idea for you to put a hose so it doesn't flow onto your engine if you ever overflow your tank, run it straight down to the ground.

I am pretty sure the other hole is a vac line to pull the gas. Dont hold me on that one though.

Hope that helps

Yes one of the holes should have a tube running from the tank to bottom left side of the engine if you are looking at it from the back.

What year is your CBR? There should be 2 lines from the petcock 1 large and 1 small. Small is a vacuum line that runs from the fuel petcock to the #1 intake track on the cylinder head left side of the engine. That is for 91 to 94. The tubes off the back underside of the tank are over flow.

I think at this point, I'd siphon or pump the fuel out of the tank and pull the petcock and see whats up with it. There is a screen filter above the petcock, mine was nearly gummed completely up when I got my bike, and had some rust floating around inside to boot. [8D]

Unhook the hose from the T connector and place the end in a jar and you open the petcock...does gas flow?

TBerk...problems with the enter key?
