So I was going to go through all the trouble of sanding and resanding and sanding again of my old fairings but I found that on ebay you can get a whole new set for $500 shipped to your door. I ordered them from emotoskinzdirect and received them today. First off the customer service there is A+ which is unusual for ebay. Anyway, they came in two boxes and it took about 15 min to unpack them no lie because of how well they were packed. Upon inspection they are made of fiberglass which makes them super light but are more fragile than the oem fairings. Not really aproblem since I don't plan on dropping my bike anytime soon or so I hope. The holes for the bolts are started but need to be drilled out bigger, no biggie. They come with black primer but I am going to sand them down and put better primer on there, again no biggie. The fairings looks like they should all fit together fine but only time will tell on that one. The upper fairinghas all the mounts and screws for the headlight already there and the tail piece is all one piece. Also, the lowerfairings are one piece, the servicedoors are not seperate. In the end I would recommend them as a replacement if your fairings are trashed and when I get them painted and mounted I will post pics and let you know how they fit. I will get some pics up later of them when I borrow my neighbors camera. Any questions just ask.

Giving you a hard time...

 

I looked up that seller and they only had F4 fairings listed.

 

i would mount them up now to be sure they fit correctly. i bought a one piece fiberglass front cowl for my bike and i had to stretch it and bend it into place. even though i finally got it mounted up, im trying to find stock fairings now so i can go back to OEM. hopefully yours will be fine though!
