Default Good Fairing Brand

Ok, so as some of you may know...I got mixed and matched up with F3 and F2 fairing parts...the original owner of the bike had F3 front and sides...and due to a laydown I was going to replace the sides....without doingmy reasearch Ijust stupidlyordered F2 sides and inspection doors......which do not fit with the F3 front...I wanted to keep my F3 front due to some custom fiberglass work I did on it...but now after some inspection have noticed that the tabs are all starting to crack off...and seeing as how I have F2 sides....I might as well get a F2 front instead of getting F3 sides and having more fairings than to know what to do with....So this leads me to what brand of fairing...I want a race fairing...most that I have seen have the big blinker mold things on them...id like to not have these if possible so I dont cut them off and fiberglass them....So far I have checked out Airtech-Streamlining, Shark Skinz and Targa.....so far I am most impressed with Airtech...they have the peice resonably priced...and its one peice which just looks cleaner in my opinion. Any other brands I should look at?

Found this link a while back in one of the posts here. F2's almost at the bottom of the page. No turn signal bulges, looks like they're in with the dual headlights. (bifaro = dual headlight; colín = seat)I've sent an e-mail with no response as of yet, may or may not be working.

Still worth a look for ideas.

Check on ebay, when i was looking for my new fairing I saw a lot of the aftermarket ones without the turn signal bulges! Not sure about race fairings but I know there were plenty of them, think price was about $170.00 compared to the targa at $300.00!

plastic imo is better because its flexible or more FOREGIVING then fiberglass i have plastic and fiberglass on mine and the thing i hate most about fiberglass is that it never fits right you always have to tweek it to fit and that some times effects the quility of the piece. i think the only bad thing about plastic is its cost!!!imo here are some posts https://cbrforum.com/searchpro.asp?p...p;timefilter=0
