gas tank minus bike? where?
So... my story begins with a bike and ends with a gas tank.
i dont want to type a whole lot so i will make this short...
bike died near a park and ride..
pushed it to park and ride.
found out it was the stock fuel filter. not clogged... but literally broke.. i dont know how honestly..
should have replaced the OEM but went with inline fuel filter..
inline fuel filter clogged up 20 miles down the highway.
my friend was following me in my car so i parked bike on side of highway and was going to nearest gas station to use air hose to blow out the in line fuel filter.
go back to bike...
killed battery lol..
then notice the license plate fell off(im thinking wheelies are the culprit)
so crap.. hop in car... go look for plate...
no luck. drive back to bike gonna try 2 drive to next exit ramp and park and ride.
see cop driving in southbound lane... a cop i recognize ... a real aas hole u kno?
so i smoke a little medicine because i know what is about to happen..
sure enough
he wont let me drive it lol
but he did let me push it the 1.5 miles to the next ramp.
so i pushed that son of a bean running/walking the whole way.
park bike at park and ride..
take tank off decide im going to clean it and get the rust out...(this was 2 days ago)
i just rinsed it with the little gas in tank so get majority of the particles out.
tank is clean as of 2 hours ago....
drive to park and ride...
bike
=
stolen...
but hey... i have a tank...
anyone wanna buy a real cheap gas tank? lol.
