Forks corrosion

Default Forks corrosion
I have some surface corrosion on my forks, mostly on the right (attached).

While the forks are solid they look unsightly as you can see. What's the best way to repair/respray?

try posting this in a section that gets more viewers (general tech). But I would say sand it down and throw some paint on there if they are still solid, looks like it is just n the surface.
