does the f3 fairings fit the f2 stay?? if not i got to get a new gauge cluster maybe a new wind screen and a new stay...

You will have to get a F3 stay. There was a member who recently did this and I cannot find his name or thread. Try searching for F2-F3 fairings or something and you may come up with it. Also the F3 doesnt have a mechanical speedo if I remember reading correctly.

you should be able to keep your f2 gauges. he says:
This is what you need to install F3 kit to 94 CBR

Grab rail
F3 Seat
Rear light Unit and Light
F3 Fairing Bracket ( I used the existing one, just bend the frame a little it will go)
Headlight
Screen

make sure it is the right gen. f3. (95-96, or 97-98, they are different)

ok how do i hook up the speedo and is there any way if i get an f3 stay that i can get my f2 gauge cluster to work??? i am not doing a full conversion also.. the tail i have a racing solo so i am not going to change that.

You can keep the gauges and the fairing stay. I originally bought an F3 stay to do the conversion and ended up rubber hammering my F2 stay a little bit. The F3 stay is about 1cm less wide than the F2 at the mirror mounting points... thats it.

Headlight you will need to get an F3, it is nice plastic over the F2's glass. Good weight reduction.

The windscreen is a good thing to replace... the cutouts for the F2 and F3 aren't the same shape exactly. It could probably work, but it wouldn't look fantastic.
