Default f2 wont start, keeps fouling plugs

I bought an f2 the other day; the guy said he had it started earlier in the day but couldn't get it started again. I got a good deal on it though so I picked it up.

He said that the pilot screws may need adjusting because he messed with them when the bike was running too rich.

Here's what I did:
- tried starting it, would not go
- cleaned the plugs, they were too dirty not getting any spark
- tried again, wanted to go for a second but then stopped trying; the plugs were fouled again
- cleaned the plugs again and cleaned the carbs. changed the coils out
- tried again; once again, it wanted to go but fouled the plugs out again

Do I have something wrong with my carbs making them dump a bunch of fuel in or what?

they could just be way out of sync. he may have messed with them to lean out the bike since he said it was running rich.

Thats kind of what I was wondering, if the carbs being out of sync would make the bike not start at all.

I forgot to mention that only 3 plugs foul out, the number 4 plug will spark because it backfires out of the carbs when i pour gas down them

I wouldn't be too scared until you made sure the carbs were synced, adjusted properly, and all getting fuel. I'd bet in just checking those things you'd find and fix your problem.

I had an f1 with similar symptoms... After I pulled about 3 pounds of dog food out of the air cleaner and tried starting it it cranked but didn't seem to want to fire up. Then CRACK it sounded like a shotgun going off... The wall behind the bike had a two foot circle of dog food, seeds, and every other thing that mice had packed in there. After the "obstruction" cleared the exhaust it ran great!

I think the carbs have to be massively out of sync for the bike not to run at all.

Hard to say what the PO did but if you think its too lean, try starting it with the air box off

Ive been trying to start it without the filter on anyways. i poured a lil gas in the carbs as well and that didn't work either

Yeah, if dropping gas directly in doesn't get her to crank you may be looking in the wrong place.

You may want to try replacing the plugs instead of cleaning them

id rebuild the carbs. and change the plugs. what color is the foul? (pics?). depending on the color, can be the clue to your problem. ie, yellow is over heating... take a pic of the spark plug. and if its running way to rich it would fooul them up. and you said that the po did some thing to the carbs...
