Default F2 Running Rough

Hey all, last week I left my lights on and completely drained the battery. I pushed started the bike a few times(trying to charge the battery, unsuccessfully). The third time I used the push start method, I know I should have charged the battery, oops, the engine runs like its low on oil or a spark plug was disconnected. I checked the oil and the spark plug wires are attached properly. Did I mess up the carbs by starting the bike in this manner. The battery has been charged and the bike starts and runs but it's very choppy. Any ideas?
Thanks
Ralph

im guessing...
using basic logic..
that you gave it too much throttle when you were push starting it and fowled a plug or two..
try new plugs.

small batteries are fragile.... my guess is the cells in the battery are damaged and not getting a real 'full' charge. but start with the plugs i guess....

Hey all, the plugs have about 200 mile on them. I pulled them out and gave them a good cleanin with brake cleaner, wire brush, and 220 grit. Bike runs like before. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

no problem.
dont be afraid to push start your bike..
all motogp bikes are bump start.
just dont hold the start button down after you let go of the clutch like a moron... as its not needed.
