what year motor did he use?a friend of mine has a wrecked cb919 that we are thinking about doing this swap with.any info would be great

 

they use a 93-95 893cc CBR900RR motor. not sure how the cb919 is but had to make engen mounts and a fuel pump because the carbs are higher then the bottem of the gas tank. they guy that set mine up is a pro welder so he did it all.

 

the welding part is not a problem.it is what i do for a living.well he wants to much for his motor so i guess i will be hitting ebay for one.thanks for the info

which carbs did u use for the motor...............

 

stock ones off the 893. the motor is all stock but a slip on.

The only problem it has is no room for a rad fan. i have a little area i can put on is like 6inch square. Any Ideas?
