Default f2 acceleration issues

just got a f2 this week and love it! the only issue is that the bike doesnt pull past 90mph. it seems like maybe the carbs are flooding out but i dont know what or what to check to see if this is the issue.

the bike pulls hard through 3rd gear but then dies off after that.

So in the first three gears it will pull with authority all the way to the rev limiter with NO problem and then in 4th it dies? Is that true?

it doesnt die it just doesnt increase speed whatsoever. to get going faster i have to shift back into third to get any increase in speed. and just tonight the bike started cooking the battery. can smell sulfuric acid pretty well.

Somethings definitely not right...The battery issue is most likely the regulator/rectifier not working properly and overcharging. As for the acceleration...is it limited by speed or the RPM's?

That doesn't sound good at all.

Did you adjust your clutch recently? The amount of "play" in the clutch?
