I will only start making them once i recieve a payment so that i dont spend money on parts and labor and come to find out that someone doesnt want them anymore.
To be honest $75-80 shipped sounds pretty steep. steel/metal is cheap.

I have a 1977 Honda cb550 bobber that I'm working on now and it cost $10 for the steel to make some 8inch Z handlebars, And $35 for the steel to make a hardtail(and that's a good amount of steel). I understand there's labor involved but I know I ( as well as probley some others) am on a bit of a budget. so after buying all the plastics for the conversion, I guess We'd be looking to get the brackets for a decent price.

Just my .02

thats fine if you think theyre a little expensive as they are, because i had to do all the guess work and measuring and making stensils. im not factoring in just metal. you bought STEEL this is quarter inch plate aluminum and you cant just buy a small piece so it cost a little more than you think. go to lowes and try to buy a little sheet of diamond plate aluminum youll know what i mean. so before you come in here knocking my thread gather your facts. i have to spend money on ALUMINUM not STEEL i had to buy the tools to cut it with then i have to sand and grind on the edges to clean it all which is all wear and tear on my stuff. then it takes about 2 hours in the blistering heat to make them so if you want to spend the time and money to make them go ahead and not to mention your covered from head to toe in aluminum shavings i dont have to make these and i wont i was just doing yall a favor from having to guess and make something work when what i have is clean and works. as far as im concerend this thread is closed

whoa. hey now. I was just simply saying it's out of my budget. Simply suggesting/ asking if maybe you could use steel instead of aluminum so it would be a bit more affordable. Wasn't trying to knock you or your thread. Just trying to figure out a way to get these to the riders at a price that they don't have to think twice about.

well heres the thing as a motorcycle rider i dont want things on my bike that are going to rust and look like *** so thats why i made them from aluminum. im not switching what i use. i use aluminum so that it doesnt have to be painted so that it doesnt rust and its lighter. and if 70 bucks isnt worth my labor and product then maybe you dont need it and should make it yourself

Yes I can make them but I have to have money in my pay pal account before I start just for the simple fact that I'm not gonna make them and then someone decide that they don't want them and waste my aluminum
