Default Crooked Bar

Just like it reads. When riding, the right grip is closer to the tank than the left. It's off by just a few degrees cw, and the bar doesn't come any closer to the tank at lock cw than it does ccw. Does the bar just need to be pulled off and re-set so that it's straight? What could have caused this?

make sure that your rear tire isn't crooked. that would cause the front wheel to compensate to keep the bike straight.

That's a good point. Never thought of that. Actually, I believe the rear is a little out of line. You can tell when the front endis up for a while. What's the bestway to line it up?

I have also struggled to get my front bars straight. Use the markings on the tensioners for the rear wheel/axle. keeping in mind that you have to account for the chain tension.

Is there a good write up somewhere about chain tension and wheel alignment? Seems like every time i think I have it right, a short ride around the block reveals that I don't.
