Wink Convert Maier Racing Fairings kit to street legal

Hi There, I have a 92 CBR F2. I just bought it and it's fairings are rediculously trashed. I just ordered a full set of maier racing fairings, but i will not be racing. i know it sounds messed up but it was a deal i couldnt pass up, what i want to know is how to turn it to street legal, how to cut out the headlight holes what to mount it with, and what to use to cut the hole out.? please help with any 2 cents. Thankyou very much by the way this pic of my bike is of the good side. lol if you can call it that..

Cutting the headlight opening is gonna be tricky plus you'll have to improvise some sort of brackets to attach to. This would be a good "how to" project to post up

Is it just the paint job you dont like or are the fairings cracked. Some more photos would be cool it dont look to bad the in the photo you have posted.

Well the fairings are in like real crappy condition, they are cracked and chipped and pieces are missing, i mean i like the paint job , but it really isnt my style. and where im from you never see an all pearly white CBR riding around, so thats my color scheme, hopefully.
